A new article by Paul R. Carr, Chair of the UNESCO Chair DCMÉT, in APCEIU's journal Sangsaeng, entitled Reimagining education systems to reduce social inequalities: Is COVID the inflexion-point for Global Citizenship Education? The UNESCO Chair DCMÉT has collaborated with the Asia-Pacific Centre for Education and International Understanding (APCEIU) for the past several years.
